Tulip Lemon is the first Affordable Housing project launched by Tulip, located in Sector-69, Gurgaon, adjacent to Tulip Violet. Tulip Lemon comprises of six towers of 2BHK & one tower of 1BHK units providing a total of around 754 units.
The special feature of Tulip Lemon is that it is using the latest ‘Mivan’ construction shuttering technology. The main features of Mivan construction are:
- This is an Aluminum formwork technology where the whole structure is of RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) and brick walls are not used
- This gives a very strong earthquake resistant structure, easy to make typical floors with cement concrete pouring at one go for a large area with pipes & conduits embedded in it
- The construction time taken is reduced to a great extent and also it results in a smooth finish
- Also ‘Mivan’ technology reduces the need for skilled labor, masonry and rendering work.
These are a few major advantages of Mivan technology over normal brick wall construction methods.
