Sensing the upbeat in the property sector in last quarter of the year, The Tulip Infratech Pvt. Ltd. has launched a unique and luxury project of houses in the 70th Sector of HUDA, on Sohna Road Gurgaon . With the recession world wide is exhibiting some kind of corrections, the demands of houses are being predicted to the tune of 7.5 million residential units during 2010-13.

Other kind of houses with an area of 4,600 Sq.f. 10+11 floor is penthouses which are being preferred by the end users and Tulip Group is emboldened by the encouraging response which is being  displayed by the public, investors, realtor’s and developers.

The project is located just five Kmts from Rajiv Chowk, NH 8 and just about fifteen Kmt from Indira Gandhi International Airport. It may be mentioned here that such flats in the neighbor-hood are being sold with a price tag of Rs 4,500 to 5,000 per Sq. Ft. The project is close connectivity with the proposed Metro Line and its Station would be at a walking distance from the project.

The complex has adequate security system for 24 hours, modern facilities much as gym, health club, swimming pool, jigging space, school for kids and above all parking space for the vehicles of the residents.
