Catering to the ever-growing demands of the newer habitation centers with ultra modern facilities, the Tulip Infratech, is enriched with two decades of building experience and has made its presence felt in this sector with six building projects in hand. Verma of PBD shares his thoughts on the current scenario of the Indian realty space:

Which factors affect the Indian realty space?

“The globalization process is acquiring a long-term orientation, resulting into economic boom in industry, business and trade, on the other hand the building and construction sector is also realizing tremendous upsurge. If the future projection in the building and construction sectors were to be relied on, at least one million households would be needed by 2020’, observed Parveen Jain, MD, Tulip Infratech Pvt. Ltd. “ the Sonepat housing center’s ideal location exhibits a land mark project under the sky of NCR,” emphatically disclosed, MD Parveen Jain.

Dwelling extensively upon the genesis of the Sonepat Project, Parveen Jain, MD of the Company, observed that both Delhi-iets, the government of the state and NCR have initiated residential and commercial projects to de-congest the over crowded Delhi. “Our Sonepat project is expected to meet the robust appetite for a sophisticated and modern living for the residents of Delhi who are clamoring to move from the madding crowd of Delhi”, claimed Parveen Jain.

What are the aspects that put the project apart from the rest?

“The most illustrious aspect of the project is its ambitious connectivity with Delhi and other part of the state. Only 3 km from the National Highway No.-1, adjacent to KMP (Kundli, Manesar and Palwal), on which work has already been started, direct road link to Narela and the proposed Metro rail’s at a walking distance from the project are the main features”, claimed Jain.

With the state-of-the-art facilities and ensuring excellence in the living paradigm, the project offers 2/3/4 bedroom units, which according to the MD of the Company, are suited to an ordinary Delhites pockets, taste and style who must have woken up to the impending exodus of men and commercial establishments from Delhi.

How are you going to deal with the safety aspects, environment, and sanitation?

“The most ambitious in-house treatment plant forms an ingredient part of the project which would realize a smooth and natural working of the sewerage system. The increasing cases of crime in the high rising establishments have also drawn our attention and 24 hours security arrangement would ensure a perfect tranquility in the living environment, Water scarcity is everywhere so the project would have a water harvesting system. A provision of temple has also been kept, keeping in mind the religious needs of the people,” said Jain.

The proposed 800 flats occupants would find it pleasurable the privilege of getting consumable articles nearer to the dwelling places, disclosed Mr. Jain.
